Mortgage Brokering consists of obtaining or assisting in
obtaining a mortgage loan for a borrower from a Mortgage
Lender. A Mortgage Broker therefore, is simply a person
who works between the borrower and lender. The 5-Week Boot
camp will cover a comprehensive understanding of Mortgage
Financing, Fundamentals and techniques that are crucial for
passing the licensing exam.

Language Proficiency Index
(LPI) Preparation Course |

There is a language component requirement for the prospective
realtor. Candidates must achieve a minimum score of level 4 on
the LPI. Follow this link to fully understand all the
requirements to be licensed as a realtor in British Columbia.

Small group classes and private tutoring are both available.
With a low student-to-teacher ratio, close personal attention
will be paid to each student's needs and skills development.
The intensive 4-week program is $550 and is designed to help the
student to correctly prepare to take the LPI test. The course
covers all of the problem areas in grammar and writing that are
most important to this test: Sentence Structure; English Usage;
Reading Comprehension; Essay Writing.
